ABOUT US

Championing Rights, Dignity & Inclusion for All.

Positive Action Initiative Ghana (PAI GHANA) is a non-profit organisation working to ensure that persons with disabilities, elders, and people living with HIV are seen, heard, and supported.

WHO WE ARE

A Community Led Organisation Built on Equity
Founded in 2016 and legally registered with Ghana’s Registrar General’s Department in 2023, PAI Ghana is a national non-governmental organisation committed to creating an enabling environment where persons  particularly those living at the intersection of disability, age, and HIV status can access opportunities, rights, and wellbeing on equal terms.

Our work is rooted in the belief that every person, regardless of their identity, ability, or health status, deserves to live a fulfilling life and participate fully in their community. We translate that belief into action through advocacy, inclusive programming, capacity building, and direct service delivery.

OUR VISION

An inclusive world where all people  irrespective of disabilities, age, or health status  have equitable access to opportunities, rights, and wellbeing.

OUR MISSION

To empower persons with disabilities, elders, and those living with HIV through continuous capacity building, access to resources, education, advocacy, and inclusive programming.

CORE VALUES

Equity & Inclusion We promote equal access, dignity, and full participation for all people, irrespective of ability, gender identity or expression, and health status.
