Positive Action Initiative Ghana (PAI GHANA) is a non-profit organisation working to ensure that persons with disabilities, elders, and people living with HIV are seen, heard, and supported.
WHO WE ARE
A Community Led Organisation Built on Equity
Founded in 2016 and legally registered with Ghana’s Registrar General’s Department in 2023, PAI Ghana is a national non-governmental organisation committed to creating an enabling environment where persons particularly those living at the intersection of disability, age, and HIV status can access opportunities, rights, and wellbeing on equal terms.
Our work is rooted in the belief that every person, regardless of their identity, ability, or health status, deserves to live a fulfilling life and participate fully in their community. We translate that belief into action through advocacy, inclusive programming, capacity building, and direct service delivery.

OUR STRUCTURE
PAI GHANA is governed by a five member Advisory Board and led by an Executive President and Executive Director. Our dedicated team brings together expertise in programme management, finance, monitoring & evaluation, and communications, all united by a shared commitment to our mission.

Executive President
Mr. Phinehas Kissiedu Ayeh
The Executive President is the chief executive and strategic leader of PAI GHANA. They provide vision, leadership, and oversight to ensure the organization fulfills its mission of empowering individuals living with disabilities and elderly members of marginalized communities.
Executive Director
Mr. Martin Lartey
The Executive Director is responsible for leading the overall operations of PAI GHANA under the guidance of the Executive President. The Executive Director provides operational leadership, supervises staff, and manages day to day activities, ensuring the organization delivers on its mission to empower individuals living with disabilities and elderly members of marginalized communities
Programs Planning MEL Manager
Mr. Philip Nartey
The Programs, Planning, MEL Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring programs to ensure they are effective, impactful, and aligned with PAI GHANA’s mission. They oversee planning, reporting, and learning processes, track program outcomes, and provide data driven insights to guide organizational decision-making.
Finance and Administrative Manager
Mr. David Marley Adjei
The Finance and Administrative Manager ensures compliance with financial policies, accurate record-keeping, and transparent reporting. Additionally, they manage logistics, procurement, and office administration, supporting PAI GHANA’s staff and operations to function efficiently while maintaining high standards of accountability and organizational governance.
Communication and IT Support Officer
Egloh Kwaku Felix
The Communication and IT Support Officer ensures effective information sharing, visibility of programs, and engagement with stakeholders. Additionally, they provide technical support for IT systems, data management, and digital tools, enabling smooth organizational operations and enhancing the reach and impact of PAI Ghana’s initiatives.
